For the past 35 years, I have had the honor and privilege of preparing thousands of couples for marriage, and committed long-term relationships.
Research shows that couples that take part in premarital counseling have 30% less divorce occurrences than couples who do not. For this reason, I have developed a four-session package for you and your partner to address the essential topics and sharpen up your communication skills with each other before finalizing your commitment to each other.
In a series of four 90-minute sessions, you will learn powerful and effective ways to talk about key issues, including lifestyle expectations, friends and family support, personal issues and habits, conflict resolution, religion and values, parenting goals, extended family dynamics, sexuality, finances, readiness for commitment, career goals, and living together.

FOCCUS© Pre-Marriage Inventory
The FOCCUS© Pre-Marriage Inventory is a comprehensive, user-friendly tool for couples preparing for marriage. It is a questionnaire designed to help engaged couples appreciate their unique relationship, learn more about themselves, and discuss topics important to their lifelong marriage. For those couples who desire a more scientific approach to premarital therapy, I offer this Inventory. You will pay a small fee to Foccus to answer the questions and have your results scored and graphed. I will then receive the results and we will go over them in your session(s) with me. For some couples, this provides a structure for covering the various topics necessary for laying the foundation for a successful marriage.
